Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 business days.  Orders are not shipped on holidays or weekends. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for orders will be calculated at checkout. 

• Standard Shipping:  3 - 7 business days
• Expedited Shipping:  1 - 3 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues.  

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).  The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of carrier receiving your order.

Damages

Babs Equestrian is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.  Please save all packaging materials and damage goods to aid in filing claim.
